Bluebell Wood Boarding Kennels

Bluebell Wood Kennels were constructed in summer 2006 with comfort, health and safety in mind for all our boarded dogs. These spacious dwellings measuring 2m x 1.5m sleeping internal area with an equal sized area of 2m x 1.5m external run giving your dog/s ample amounts of space to move around and enjoy the fresh air. Our internal dwellings have heating during the cooler months.

The kennel block is kept fresh, clean and hygenic. Daily and whenever necessary the internal and external runs are washed with a disinfectant especially formulated for use in kennels. It helps to protect against parvo virus, kennel cough and other nasties. It also smells nice, so your dogs won't bring home with them that - "I've been in kennels pong!"

The personal touch!

We are a small family run business, which enables us to give our guests that little extra time and special care. Thus helping your pal feel more at home, whilst on holiday.

We encourage all our guests to take full advantage of the extensive kennel grounds. This very large space is completely fenced giving freedom to play and exercise safely. The terrain is kept as natural as possible, offering plenty for inquisitive noses to investigate and check out. The sand pile is proving to be a great meeting place and a fun way to play chase.

Toys are supplied during the recreation period, though we do encourage owners to bring their dog's favourite toy with them.

Within the recreation area there are also two large enclosures allowing an opportunity for our guests to socialise in a controlled and safe environment.
